These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) and Runic Oracle: Norse Divination (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and use of our mobile application (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users 16 years of age or older.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App where required by law.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted remain the property of the Company.

3. Account Registration and Security

Some features may require creating an account via Firebase Authentication or other login methods.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized use, violation of these Terms, or illegal activity.

4. In-App Purchases and Payments

The App offers in-app purchases via Google Play Billing.

All transactions are processed by Google Play; we do not store or process your credit card or banking details.

Purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Google Play policies.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob.

Ads may be personalized or non-personalized, depending on your consent preferences.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of third-party ads or services linked therein.

6. User Content

You may save rune readings, settings, or preferences within the App.

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to store and display it solely for the functioning of the App.

You must not upload or share unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App or related systems.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code, except where permitted by law.

Circumvent or tamper with security features.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App (including trademarks, graphics, UI/UX, and code) belong to the Company or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, absence of errors, accuracy of results, or suitability for your specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Novi Sad, Serbia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

Updates will be communicated by revising the “Effective Date” and/or by providing notice in the App or Google Play listing.

Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
